Dr. Christopher Dishop directs the RocMob at Auburn University, a research group focused on cooperation and organizational behavior in modern work environments. Dr. Dishop received his B.A. from the University of San Diego and his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University. He spent a year working for the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area and the Army Research Institute, stationed at Fort Belvoir in DC, before heading to Pittsburgh to work as a research fellow of organizational behavior at Carnegie Mellon University. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Auburn University.

Allison Branch is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at Auburn University. She graduated in 2026 from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration. At USD, she developed an undergraduate honors thesis and worked as a Research Assistant in the EQuIP Lab with Dr. Daniel Forster. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball (beach and indoor), yoga, and traveling.
